Our brand-new Kent station is our second home in the garden of England, alongside Ashford International. Its glass and steel structure is a sleek and futuristic addition to the surrounding countryside and is situated minutes from Junction 2 of the M25. It’s also close to the M2, M20 and A2, as well as a stone’s throw from Bluewater (for a spot of pre-trip shopping.

- Ebbsfleet International station does not operate a porterage service. PLEASE NOTE - There is no dedicated team at Ebbsfleet International to perform assistance. Of course we will do our best for genuine cases. Assistance will be allocated at the desk on the day (subject to availability).
Getting there
By train and then bus
Southeastern will directly connect to Ebbsfleet International with its high-speed domestic train service in December 2009.
Until then, our new station can be accessed by a combination of train and then bus. Southeastern currently serves Dartford, Greenhithe, Gravesend and Swanscombe stations. It’s then possible to jump on a frequent Fastrack bus service from any of these stations to Ebbsfleet International.
Free Travel with Southeastern
To make things even easier, we’ve teamed up with Southeastern to offer free travel to all Eurostar travellers to and from local rail stations near Ebbsfleet International or to and from Ashford International from anywhere on the Southeastern network in Kent, East Sussex and south east London*. All you have to do is show your passport and ticket or ticket confirmation/email when asked by any member of the Southeastern team. What’s more, Fastrack are offering a free connection to Ebbsfleet International, but more about that below.

By bus
Fastrack is the innovative virtual tram system serving the Ebbsfleet area. It connects the Southeastern stations of Dartford, Greenhithe, Gravesend and Swanscombe to Ebbsfleet International as well as serving the Bluewater shopping centre, a major hub for all local bus services. All Fastrack B services call at Ebbsfleet International with a fast and frequent service. In fact, Fastrack B serves Ebbsfleet every 10 minutes in both directions during peak periods.
Free travel with Fasttrack
As with Southeastern, we have also joined forces with Fastrack to offer free travel to all Eurostar travellers to and from Ebbsfleet International from anywhere on the Fastrack bus network*. Again, all you have to do is show your passport and ticket or ticket confirmation/email to the Fastrack bus driver on both your outbound and return bus journey.

By car
From the M25: Leave at Junction 2 and join the A2 East, following the signs for Canterbury. Go past the Bluewater junction and Ebbsfleet International is the next exit.
From Ashford: Follow the M20 towards London. Leave at Junction 1 i.e. where the M20 meets the M25 and join the M25 at Junction 3. Follow the M25 north, towards the Dartford Crossing. Leave at Junction 2 and join the A2 East, following the signs for Canterbury. Go past the Bluewater junction and Ebbsfleet International is the next exit.
From Canterbury: Follow the A2(M) towards London and follow the signs for Ebbsfleet International, past the exits for Rochester, Cobham and Southfleet.
There is plenty of car parking at Ebbsfleet International, with 2,500 parking spaces within 5 minutes’ walk from check-in. The charges for using this facility are as follows:
- Up to one hour: £1.00
- Up to five hours: £4.50
- Daily rate: £11.50
- Weekly rate: £69.00
There is 4 days free parking for Eurostar carte blanche holders and for Business Premier Travellers.
As well as the ability to pre-book your parking, there are also Valet parking and car wash facilities at the station.

By bicycle
The cycle parking facility at Ebbsfleet International is under a covered stand on the approach from the main car parks to the terminal. It’s free and is covered by 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
