Why settle for a carriage when you can have a whole train?

Picture this – a train, and it’s all yours to take wherever you want (within reason). But not just any train (it’s one of ours, after all). So you can take it to some of the most important destinations across Europe. We’re delighted to be able to have made this a reality - bespoke journeys for you and up to 749 others for anything from taking your staff to their annual conference to taking them to an international sporting event. As a way to entertain staff, suppliers and clients during product launches or similar, chartering one of our trains is more than just a little bit special.

Branding opportunities

As standard, we’ll provide a branded group welcome desk and departure screen signage, but there are a host of other branding options that we can give you. Here are a few of our ideas: 

• Branded headrest covers
• Branded drinks coasters and meal tray inserts

If you still want more, why not brand the whole train? Specially printed plastic film with your identity on the outside of the train is always going to turn a few heads. And just so it turns enough heads, we’ll integrate ‘your’ train into the normal Eurostar timetable for up to six months.

Previous products we’ve promoted in this way include: Carte Noir coffee, the re-launch of the Beatles 'Yellow Submarine' and Disney's '102 Dalmatians'.

Entertainment

When you travel with Eurostar, your trip starts as soon as you get on the train, not when you arrive – that’s why so many of our clients incorporate the journey as an integral part of the event. Together, we can make your trip the occasion it should be. Here are a few of our ideas:

• Musicians: a band playing in the Terminal departure hall areas or a string quartet onboard

• Murder Mystery: what better place for one than on a train?

We’ve even had a client who created a harem onboard (all in the best possible taste, of course).
