The commercial department is one of the most dynamic and exciting departments at Eurostar. Eurostar is an outstanding product, a worldwide renamed brand and one of the biggest names in the rail transport industry. The department’s responsibility is to encourage always more people to travel with Eurostar. That is why it covers a large number of areas as product development and research, sales, marketing, branding, communication, distribution and planning.
The department is composed of a large, diverse and constantly evolving team who works closely with a range of other departments across the company. From the very beginning you will notice there is something different about the way the commercial team does things. They give everything their best shot, keep smiling while doing it and are always in the hot spot of the business.
All areas are based in London at Eurostar House apart from the contact centre in Ashford, the French ‘sales & marketing’ team in Paris and the Belgian ‘sales and marketing’ team in Brussels.
