The wireless network covers the entire departure area including the Business Premier lounge.

How do I access the Internet?

Your wireless-enabled laptop should automatically detect the ‘WiFiZone - The Cloud™’ network identifier (SSID). If it doesn’t though you’ll need to set your network identifier to The Cloud™ manually and then follow your computer’s onscreen instructions.

How much does it cost?

The price is £2.99 per half hour. You can also find a range of other tariffs via The Cloud™ helpline or at www.thecloud.net.

How do I pay?

You can buy vouchers from Ebbsfleet International and Ashford International, or pay online using a debit or credit card.

Vouchers are available at Ebbsfleet International from the ticket desks before check-in.

For credit/debit card purchases in the terminals, you’ll need to buy a minimum of £5 worth of online time. By opening a The Cloud™ account, you can store your remaining credit for the next time you travel.
