If you follow these simple steps to a stress free ski trip, you’ll feel relaxed from the moment you check in.
Remember to bring your ticket with you. You’ll need the real thing rather than your email confirmation so that it can be read by our ticket machine.
Arrive an hour before your train is due to leave. That way you can avoid any queues and breeze straight through to the departure lounge.
It’s free to take one extra item on the snow train (such as a pair of skis or a snowboard) with you as well as the normal luggage allowance.
Once onboard, we’ve reserved an area in each
carriage specifically for your large luggage, so you
won’t have to struggle to make everything fit.
