Rail travel you can rely on

There are plenty of reasons why we believe travelling Eurostar makes a lot more sense than flying; it’s easy to reach our city-centre stations where you can check in just 30 minutes before your train, then sit back, relax and enjoy the journey. In our opinion, Eurostar is the obvious choice for business travellers.

Of course, this kind of excellent service would all become fairly academic if we couldn’t back it up with reliability, particularly as far as business travellers are concerned.

The good news is that we’re constantly striving to make sure our services are as reliable and punctual as possible. You’ll be pleased to know that in 2008, 92.5% of trains on the Paris and Brussels routes reached their destination within 15 minutes of scheduled arrival. And thanks to High Speed 1, which opened in November 2007, we will be able to improve our punctuality even further in the future.

You only need look at the graph above showing the punctuality figures for our Paris and Brussels routes in 2008 to see how impressive they are.
