Fastrack - Terms and Conditions

1) If you purchase a ticket for a Eurostar journey beginning and ending at Ebbsfleet International Station then your Eurostar ticket will also be valid on Fastrack A and B bus services operated by Arriva buses, subject to these terms and conditions.

2) You are entitled to travel on the Fastrack services in the period 12 hours before the departure time shown on your Eurostar ticket and in the period 12 hours after the arrival time shown on your Eurostar ticket. If you wish to travel outside these times then you will need to buy, at your own cost, a ticket for your journey from Fastrack.

3) You must be travelling either directly to or from Ebbsfleet International to take advantage of this offer.

4) In order to prove your entitlement to travel on this offer you must produce, when asked by any Fastrack or Arriva member of staff, the following documents:
- a valid Eurostar ticket showing a departure or arrival time within 12 hours of the commencement of your Fastrack journey; or

- a Eurostar booking confirmation showing that you will be travelling on a Eurostar service with a departure or arrival time within 12 hours of the commencement of your Fastrack journey; and

- a valid passport or European Union identity card.

If you fail to produce both documents when requested then you may be liable to a penalty fare. Any penalty fare shall be your responsibility.

5) No incidental expenses relating to your journey on Fastrack (such as car parking or refreshments) are included in this offer.

6) Eurostar shall not reimburse you for the cost of any tickets you may have already purchased for the Fastrack service because you were unaware of this offer or otherwise.

7) It is your responsibility to ensure that you allow adequate time for your journey, including making all connections. We strongly advise that you allow at least an hour and an half for your connection from the commencement of your Fastrack journey to the Eurostar check-in time.

Please note that Eurostar check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

8) Please note that very early services departing from Ebbsfleet will not be served by the Fastrack bus. Please consult the Fastrack bus timetable. It is your responsibility to check the times of all connecting services.

9) Queries or concerns regarding the Fastrack part of your journey should be addressed to Arriva’s customer service team on 0800 800 44 11 or Arriva Customer Services FREEPOST ND 6721, London, N22 4BR. Please note that to deal with your query Arriva may require evidence that you were travelling on a Fastrack service.
