TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1. Applicants will need to be over 18.
2. No purchase necessary to enter prize draw.
3. No employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its
agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion can participate.
4. This prize cannot be redeemed in full or part for cash or any other
products.
5. The independent prize drawer/ judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. No one will win more than
one prize.
7. It is agreed and accepted by you that NICOLAS shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of competitions/ holidays/offers operated on
behalf of third parties (for examples sponsors).
8. Closing date for entries will be 7 March 2010
9. Competition winners will be notified by telephone or email
10. Accommodation based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room. Prize
cannot be taken over Christmas, Easter, New Year or Public Holiday.
Accommodation and travel are subject to availability.
 
Terms and conditions for Eurostar travel
 
11.  By applying for travel using the prizewinner voucher you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
12.  The prizewinner voucher is for a pair of Eurostar standard class return tickets, for travel from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet International or Ashford International, to Paris.
13.  You must send us the original prizewinner voucher before reservations can be confirmed and tickets issued.  Photocopies will not be accepted.   Eurostar (U.K.) Ltd accepts no liability for originals lost in the post. 
14.  Eurostar travel is subject to availability and some peak dates are not available for travel.  You may not be able travel on the dates you would like.
15.  All passengers must travel together on both the outbound and return journeys.
16.  Travel booked using the prizewinner voucher excludes insurance, transportation to and from your point of departure and transport at your destination.  This is your responsibility.
17.  No alterations, exchanges or refunds will be permitted after the reservation has been made.
18.  The prizewinner voucher is not transferable or exchangeable nor can any form of cash or credit alternative be offered.
19.  The prizewinner voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  Bookings made prior to and for travel during the validity of the prizewinner voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticket acquired under the prizewinner voucher.
20.  Eurostar (U.K.) Ltd does not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen vouchers.
21.  Eurostar (U.K.) Ltd does not accept any liability for elements of the prizewinner voucher other than the Eurostar journey.
