Membership tiers
The more you travel, the more exclusive treatment you get. So we’ve designed Eurostar Frequent Traveller with 2 membership tiers, Eurostar carte classique and Eurostar carte blanche.

• To maintain your Eurostar carte blanche status, you need to earn at least 1,500 points in each
subsequent membership year, equivalent to 4 Business Premier return journeys a year. If you
don’t travel that much during your membership year, we will then send you another Eurostar
carte classique card.

After you’ve purchased a qualifying ticket, receive your Eurostar carte classique card, with benefits including:
- ticket pickup using your card at our e-ticket machines
- SMS alert service forewarning you in the rare event that your train has been cancelled
- commission-free currency, exclusive savings and discounts
- dedicated customer contact centre and online account management
Earn over 1,500 points in a membership year (the equivalent of 4 Business Premier return trips) and join the privileged few by becoming a Eurostar carte blanche card holder with additional benefits including:

- dedicated taxi service
Maintaining your membership status
• To maintain your Eurostar carte classique status active, you need to travel at least once eachyear, following the date you joined.
• To maintain your Eurostar carte blanche status, you need to earn at least 1,500 points in each
subsequent membership year, equivalent to 4 Business Premier return journeys a year. If you
don’t travel that much during your membership year, we will then send you another Eurostar
carte classique card.
