Simply visit www.expedia.co.uk and choose the hotel you would like to stay at. Then all you have to do is decide how many points you would like to spend on your stay.
You can redeem your points on e-vouchers from £50 up to a value of £250 in denominations of £10. For example:

After you’ve chosen your hotel on www.expedia.co.uk and decided how many points you want to spend, call the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre on 08705 104 105 (for Eurostar carte classique holders) or on 08700 60 23 23 (for Eurostar carte blanche holders), who will be happy to make the booking for you.
You will not be issued with a paper voucher – points are redeemed at the time of booking through the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre.
Points can only be redeemed against merchant hotels and non-merchant hotels with e-special rates.
We recommend you call the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre as soon as you’ve been quoted a rate by Expedia, to ensure availability and guarantee the advertised rate.
