Complete and submit the online request form or contact the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre on 08705 104 105 (for Eurostar carte classique holders) or on 08700 60 23 23 (for Eurostar carte blanche holders).Eurostar travel can be booked up to 1 day in advance for Eurostar carte classique holders and up to 1 hour in advance for Eurostar carte blanche holders, when ticket on departure facilities are available.
How to exchange
Exchanges are permitted once before departure for Eurostar carte classique holders and are unlimited for Eurostar carte blanche holders. Any changes must be made within the same class as the original ticket ordered. All exchanges are subject to availability, and once issued the tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.Subject to availability.
