Check how many points you need. Then, complete the online request form or contact the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre on 08705 104 105 (for Eurostar carte classique holders) or on 08700 60 23 23 (for Eurostar carte blanche holders).
Eurostar Frequent Traveller vouchers can only be redeemed in denominations of £25 and against Eurostar-only purchases, i.e. they cannot be used to pay for bookings comprising Eurostar + hotel and/or car rental
