Your use of this website is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. This website provides information on Eurostar products and timetables and you will be transferred automatically to your local Eurostar distributor company website to book your requested ticket.  Contracts to purchase the tickets will be made only with the Eurostar distributor company and will be governed by its terms and conditions

2. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from your use of this website or any information contained in it shall be governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. Eurostar Group Limited disclaims any liability for the reproduction of this website through a third party website or access to this website obtained through a third party website or any user’s home page, which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or limitations and conditions on the fares and products offered through this website.

4. Links to this website shall not be setup without the written consent of Eurostar Group Limited.  Requests for linking should be sent to info@eurostar.com .

The copyright and trademark protected material including, by way of example only, the trade mark "Eurostar", reproductions of Eurostar trains and the Eurostar waves logo contained in this website belong to Eurostar Group Limited or its associated companies. Except solely for your own personal and non-commercial use, no part of this website may be copied, published, broadcast or adapted without the prior written consent of Eurostar Group Limited.

Eurostar Group Limited assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, timely delivery, security or privacy of any transmission made via the internet involving persons or computers systems beyond its control including credit card or other personal information.

Eurostar eVouchers Terms & Conditions

1. You and your intended Eurostar E-Voucher recipient (referred to together in these terms and conditions as “You”) may only purchase and use the unique code specified for a Eurostar E-Voucher (“E-Voucher”) in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. To use an E-Voucher, You enter the unique code where indicated in your Eurostar.com payment screen before completing Your online purchase.

3. You may only use an E-Voucher as full or part payment against the cost of Eurostar tickets purchased from the Eurostar.com website from within the United Kingdom. You may use more than one E-Voucher for any such purchase.

4. Where You use an E-Voucher to purchase a ticket which is less than the value of the relevant E-Voucher, You will not receive the difference between the relevant E-Voucher and the relevant ticket.

5. Where You use an E-Voucher to purchase a ticket which is more than the value of the relevant E-Voucher, Eurostar Group Limited will charge to Your nominated payment credit or debit card the total transaction amount less than the relevant E-Voucher value.

6. Where the fare terms of a Eurostar ticket purchased using an E-Voucher permit a refund of all or part of that ticket, You will receive any such refund by way of a new E-Voucher or, where You paid for that ticket using an E-Voucher and another method of payment, by way of a combination of a new E-Voucher and the relevant method of payment. Refunds will be awarded first by way of E-Vouchers, up to the amount originally paid by E-Vouchers, with any remainder refund awarded to the other method of payment originally used. Any new E-Voucher issued by way of a refund will be rounded to the nearest pound, and in any combination of a refund by way of another method of payment with such a new E-Voucher that refund will be adjusted to take account of that rounding.

7. You may not use an E-Voucher for a transaction that has already been processed by Eurostar Group Limited.

8. An E-Voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit alternative except as described above.

9. Eurostar Group Limited shall not be liable to You or any person if an E-Voucher is lost, deleted or stolen, regardless of whether it has been used. For the avoidance of doubt, Eurostar Group Limited shall not be liable for Your failure or inability, for whatever reason, to use an E-Voucher in accordance with these terms and conditions.

10. Conditions of Carriage and fare terms apply for travel on Eurostar. Eurostar tickets are subject to availability, which may be limited.

Eurostar Paper Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Eurostar Paper Vouchers may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions before the expiry date* shown below.

They may be used as full or part payment against the cost of:
- any Eurostar ticket purchased at the locations shown below; and/or
- goods purchased at Eurostar outlets (for a list of these outlets visit Eurostar.com or call the Eurostar Contact Centre as shown below).

It may only be redeemed in the U.K, in person, at the following locations:
- St Pancras International Ticket office
- Ebbsfleet International Ticket office
- Ashford International Ticket office
or by phone through Eurostar’s Contact Centre on 08705 186186**.

This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for any form of cash or credit alternative other than described above.

It will not be accepted if it has been damaged, defaced or spoiled or has been tampered with or altered in any way.

Eurostar (U.K.) Ltd shall not be liable to any person in the event of a Eurostar gift voucher being stolen, damaged or lost, regardless of whether it has been used.

Conditions of Carriage and fare terms apply for travel on Eurostar. Eurostar tickets are subject to availability, which may be limited.
