- By booking a ticket under this promotion, the applicant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
- To qualify for this promotion, applicants must be aged 16 years or over at the time of purchasing their Eurostar train tickets.
- Bookings may only be made on www.eurostar.com. Bookings may not be made by telephone, nor using the Eurostar App or Eurostar Mobile website.
- Bookings under this promotion can only be made from 09:00 UK time on Wednesday 15th February 2012 until 23:59 UK time on Friday 17th February 2012, with the exception of any times that maintenance may need to take place.
- The promotion allows the applicant to benefit from a 10% discount off a Standard non-flexible adult single or return fare, or a 10% discount off a Standard Premier non-flexible adult single or return fare on the direct Eurostar service only originating from London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord.
- There are no promotional reductions for children, youths (12 to 25 years) or seniors (60 years and over) who must travel at the adult rate under this promotion or refer to Eurostar points of sale for child, youth or senior fares.
- The promotion can be booked for a maximum of 9 passengers. This promotion is only applicable for travel between Saturday 3rd and Monday 5th March 2012 inclusive. All tickets are subject to availability.
- This promotion is subject to availability and levels of availability to all destinations may change. In this respect, availability for travel using tickets under this promotion is limited for each train. Some trains may not be available for travel under this promotion; some trains may already be full and consequently no seats will be available for this promotion. In addition, certain trains are more popular than others, and so the earlier seats are booked, the better the chance of obtaining seats on the train of choice.
- All travel must originate from London St Pancras International.
- The applicant is responsible for his own connecting transportation to London St Pancras International and any connections in Paris.
- Tickets will need to be printed at home using the www.eurostar.com ‘Print-at-home’ facility or collected from a Eurostar terminal prior to departure.
- Payment for tickets under this promotion may only be made by Maestro, Switch or Delta debit card, or by American Express, Mastercard, or Visa debit, Electron and credit cards. A fee of £4 is payable on all purchases made by credit card. Payment by cash or cheque will not be accepted.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Previous bookings made prior to this promotion and for use during the period of this promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticket acquired under this promotion. This promotion cannot be combined with other travel classes or hotel and/or car hire. Applicants are free to book hotels and car-hire separately but this will not form part of this promotion and no refunds of any difference in price will be given.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any of the Eurostar loyalty programmes, namely Eurostar Frequent Traveller and Eurostar Plus Points.
- Applicants must comply with all relevant security, customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. Eurostar International Limited will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply. Applicants and their travelling companions are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
- Eurostar International Limited Conditions of Carriage apply to travel on Eurostar trains. Copies are available from Eurostar sales points or at www.eurostar.com.
- Eurostar International Limited shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the applicant or any third parties.
- Applicants and their travelling companions must check in at least thirty (30) minutes before departure and may not be allowed to board the train if they do not do so. Eurostar International Limited will not be liable for passengers failing to make the departure time indicated on their tickets.
- Eurostar International Limited shall not be liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss occasioned by any failure, however caused, to fulfil the terms of this promotion.
- Eurostar International Limited shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this promotion where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to severe weather conditions, fire, flood, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, acts of God, supervening legislation or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
- Eurostar International Limited reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time or to refuse to honour any application or to recover the full fare for any booking if it considers there has been an abuse of this promotion or breach of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
- The decision of Eurostar International Limited in all matters under its respective control is final and binding.
- Eurostar International Limited is not responsible for any disappointment caused to the applicants by www.eurostar.com being unavailable.
- All tickets offered under this promotion are non-exchangeable (i.e. no cash or other alternative will be offered instead of the tickets) and non-refundable and once booked tickets may not be transferred to third parties. In the event of cancellation by applicants, for whatever reason, no refund or alternative tickets will be given. Once the bookings have been confirmed, reservations may not be changed.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall apply.
