Terms and Conditions – Eurostar and Disneyland Paris Promotion
1. By booking a ticket under this promotion, the applicant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
2. This promotion is subject to availability.
3. To qualify for this promotion, at least one of the applicants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of purchasing the Eurostar tickets and Disney hotel.
4. Bookings may be made on www.eurostar.com and by telephone on 08432 186 186.
5. This promotion is available on bookings made from 09:00GMT on 20th February 2012 until 23.59GMT on 30th April 2012, with the exception of any times that maintenance may need to take place.
6. Accommodation in a Disney hotel includes breakfast, with the exception of the Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch where breakfast will not be included.
7. Park tickets will be valid for both Disney parks for each day of your trip.
8. The promotion is only available for stays on selected dates between 29th March 2012 and 31st August 2012. Please note that tickets for travel may only booked up to a maximum of 120 days in advance.
9. Up to 40% discount is available on New Port Bay Hotel, New York Hotel and Disneyland Paris Hotel for three night/four day stays from 29 March 2012 until 31 August 2012 (when booked together with Eurostar travel and Disney park tickets).
10. Up to 40% discount is available on Sequoia Lodge, Cheyenne, New Port Bay Hotel, New York Hotel and Disneyland Paris Hotel for four night/five day stays from 29 March 2012 until 31 August 2012 (when booked together with Eurostar travel and Disney park tickets).
11. Up to 25% discount is available on New Port Bay Hotel, New York Hotel and Disneyland Paris Hotel for two night/three day stays from 29 March 2012 until 31 August 2012 (when booked together with Eurostar travel and Disney park tickets).
12. Up to 25% discount is available on Sequoia Lodge, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, New Port Bay Hotel, New York Hotel and Disneyland Paris Hotel for three night/four day stays from 29 March 2012 until 31 August 2012 (when booked together with Eurostar travel and Disney park tickets).
13. Up to 15% discount is available on Sequoia Lodge, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, New Port Bay Hotel, New York Hotel and Disneyland Paris Hotel for two night/three day stays from 29 March 2012 until 31 August 2012 (when booked together with Eurostar travel and Disney park tickets).
14. In addition to the discounts set out in clauses 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 above, for each adult package booked (Disney hotel, Eurostar tickets and park ticket), children under 7 get free hotel accommodation and park tickets up to maximum room occupancy. Minimum 1 adult per room. Available between 29 March 2012 until 31 August 2012.
15. The promotion is valid on all room types excluding the following: Family rooms at the Santa Fe, Empire State Club , Castle Club and all Suites.
16. The promotion is only applicable to bookings using the direct Eurostar train from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet, or Ashford International to Marne La Vallée/Chessy.
17. This promotion is only guaranteed in one hotel per arrival date. If this promotion is not available at your requested hotel on your chosen date, please select another hotel or another date.
18. Options and insurance can be added to your reservation but will not be included in the promotion.
19. Tickets will need to be collected from a Eurostar terminal prior to departure.
20. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Previous bookings made prior to this promotion and for use during the period of this promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticket acquired under this promotion
21. The applicant is responsible for their own connecting transportation to the stations in Disneyland Paris and any connections in the UK.
22. Applicants must comply with all relevant security, customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. Eurostar International Limited ("Eurostar") will not be responsible for any passenger's failure to comply. Applicants and their travelling companions are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
23. Eurostar Conditions of Carriage apply to travel on Eurostar trains. Copies are available from Eurostar sales points or at www.eurostar.com.

25. Eurostar shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the applicant or any third parties.
26. Applicants and their travelling companions must check in at least thirty (30) minutes before departure and may not be allowed to board the train if they do not do so. Eurostar will not be liable for passengers failing to make the departure time indicated on their tickets.
27. Eurostar shall not be liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss occasioned by any failure, however caused, to fulfil the terms of this promotion.
28. Eurostar shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this promotion where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to severe weather conditions, fire, flood, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, acts of God, supervening legislation or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
29. Eurostar reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time or to refuse to honour any application or to recover the full fare for any booking if it considers there has been an abuse of this promotion or breach of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
30. The decision of Eurostar in all matters under its respective control is final and binding.
31. Eurostar is not responsible for any disappointment caused to the applicants by www.eurostar.com being unavailable.
32. All tickets offered under this promotion are non-exchangeable (i.e. no cash or other alternative will be offered instead of the tickets) and non-refundable and once booked tickets may not be transferred to third parties. In the event of cancellation by applicants, for whatever reason, no refund or alternative tickets will be given. Once the bookings have been confirmed, reservations may not be changed.
33. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall apply.
34. This promotion applies to bookings made through www.eurostar.com for purchases from Flightbookers Limited (trading as ebookers) of 5th Floor, 140 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HY.
