Before you travel to Marseille
Follow these simple steps for a stress free trip all the way to Marseille:
- The first thing to remember is to bring your ticket with you. You’ll need the real thing rather than your email confirmation so that it can be read by our ticket machines.
- You’ll need to check in a minimum of 30 minutes before departure, so we recommend you leave at least 45 minutes, just in case there are any queues.
- Another thing to remember is your passport. It may strike you as obvious but you’d be surprised how many people forget, and we can’t let you on the train without it.
