eVouchers Terms & Conditions

  1. You and your intended Eurostar eVoucher recipient (referred to together in these terms and conditions as “You”) may only purchase and use the unique code specified for a Eurostar eVoucher (“eVoucher”) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  2. To use an eVoucher, You enter the unique code where indicated in your Eurostar.com payment screen before completing Your online purchase.
  3. You may only use an eVoucher as full or part payment against the cost of Eurostar tickets purchased from the Eurostar.com website from within the United Kingdom. You may use more than one eVoucher for any such purchase.
  4. Where You use an eVoucher to purchase a ticket which is less than the value of the relevant eVoucher, You will not receive the difference between the relevant eVoucher and the relevant ticket.
  5. here You use an eVoucher to purchase a ticket which is more than the value of the relevant eVoucher, Eurostar Group Limited will charge to Your nominated payment credit or debit card the total transaction amount less than the relevant eVoucher value.
  6. Where the fare terms of a Eurostar ticket purchased using an eVoucher permit a refund of all or part of that ticket, You will receive any such refund:
    • a. firstly by way of a new eVoucher up to a maximum of the value of the eVoucher used to purchase that ticket (rounded to the nearest GBP Sterling) and then, for any remaining balance, by way of a refund to the credit or debit card used to purchase that ticket; or
    • b. by way of a Eurostar Paper Voucher for the value of that refund (rounded to the nearest GBP Sterling).

      We may choose which refund method we use to provide that refund to You.
  7. You may not use an eVoucher for a transaction that has already been processed by Eurostar Group Limited.
  8. You may only use an eVoucher before the expiry of the validity period for the relevant eVoucher, which is 12 months from the date that eVoucher was purchased.
  9. An eVoucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit alternative except as described above.
  10. Eurostar Group Limited shall not be liable to You or any person if an eVoucher is lost, deleted or stolen, regardless of whether it has been used. For the avoidance of doubt, Eurostar Group Limited shall not be liable for Your failure or inability, for whatever reason, to use an eVoucher in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  11. Conditions of Carriage and fare terms apply for travel on Eurostar. Eurostar tickets are subject to availability, which may be limited.
