Eurostar Procurement mission is to deliver best value to the Eurostar business via the purchase and supply of all goods and services, such as on-board services, corporate services and train parts.

Members of the Procurement team are based at Times House and our Maintenance Depot, Temple Mills International Depot.

Procurement activities are actively managed by a team of procurement professionals who each have a specific area of remit (or spend category).

Goods and services are ordered using an eProcurement system called “EurostarBuy”, with the exception of stocked train parts which are ordered using a stock management system called MCSII.

It is Eurostar’s policy to conduct all of its business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate.

We also ensure our vendors are mindful of several policies and business practices: e.g. our standard Eurostar Group Ltd T&Cs, Eurostar International Limited T&Cs , our payment terms, our Health & Safety Access & Security policy, our Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy, our Drugs & Alcohol policy and our Sustainable Environment Policy.
