Eurostar Ticket Policy
Eurostar has announced the following policy for travellers holding tickets for travel Thursday 7th July 2005 - Sunday 10th July 2005.
Eurostar will refund or exchange all tickets for travel after 10am BST and before Midnight BST on Thursday 7th July 2005 should passengers who did not travel wish to get their money back or re-book.
From Friday 8th July 2005, any traveller wishing to exchange tickets, for travel anytime upto Midnight (London time) on Sunday 10th July 2005, can re-book for travel on the same route in the same class of travel upto a year from 7th July 2005. Tickets are subject to availability.
Travellers are advised to check-in as normal for all Eurostar services.
