Eurostar Welcomes RMT Decision
Eurostar, the high-speed rail operator linking London with France and Belgium, today welcomed the decision by the RMT union to recommend the acceptance of a revised package of measures to its members, who will now be re-balloted.
Eurostar Director of Communications, Paul Charles, said: “Significant progress has been made as a result of yesterday’s constructive talks with the RMT. We are pleased that the RMT leadership is now going to ballot its members again with a recommendation to accept the revised proposals.”
