My role allows me to interact with clients which I love. I really enjoy working within the sales team. Eurostar as a company is laid back. We know how to have fun. One thing for sure is, is that no two days are the same, ever!
ROLE: - Sales Advisor for Eurostar Frequent Travellers
DURATION: - I have been at Eurostar for just over a year
LOCATION: - I am based a Ashford Contact Centre
My role is to create a one stop shop for our frequent travellers and business account holders. I can handle anything from stranded travellers to a family holiday to Disneyland to a helicopter trip around Brussels! I love that fact that I can build up a rapport with our regular callers/customers. I enjoy that I need to make on the spot judgement calls and decisions on a day to day basis. I never get bored as I always have lots of things to deal with. Eurostar is a very lively place to work at and always interesting.
