  • Eurostar has, since 1994, established itself as the leading carrier to Brussels and Paris. In 2007, 8.26 million travellers used Eurostar services.
  • Since November 1994, Eurostar has carried over 81 million travellers.

Customer Contact

  • The Eurostar Contact Centre receives an average of 1.2 million calls a year.
  • Customer Relations issues, whether complaints, compliments, comments or suggestions, are handled centrally. In 2007, the Customer Relations team had around 65,000 contacts with customers by letter, phone, email, or through feedback forms.
