We know people can be very particular about where they sit, so we let business travellers choose their seats for themselves when they book online. The table areas are ideal for on-board meetings or spreading out those important papers, while the stand alone seats are perfect if you need to get your head down and finish off those spreadsheets.

Dedicated ticket office and check-in
It’s a British habit that’s hard to kick, but we’ve found a solution. Simply collect your tickets at the dedicated Business Premier ticket office or our self-service ticket machines and speed through our fast check-in up to a minimum of 10-minutes before departure.

Business Premier lounges
In our dedicated Business Premier lounges you can take advantage of complimentary snacks and refreshments, a wide selection of newspapers and magazines, Internet connection, complimentary WiFi access and live news updates.

Dedicated Business Premier carriages
In the dedicated Business Premier carriages you’ll find the peace and tranquillity to prepare for a meeting on board. Or simply lie back, switch your mobile on silent and clear your mind.

On-board power sockets
You can meet that important deadline by plugging your laptop into one of the seat-side power sockets and putting the finishing flourishes to a presentation.

Express breakfast
Order our Express Breakfast and you’ll be able to refuel and carry on working (or relaxing) without interruption. The cold breakfast option is a healthy, high energy start to your day and if you’re just too busy to stop for a break while on board, you can take it with you. And of course we also offer a stupendous meal suited to the time of day you’re travelling.

On-board newspaper and magazines
Choose a newspaper and catch up on world affairs (and if you’re feeling intellectual, read it in another language).
