How to use your mobile ticket

How to use your mobile ticket:
• Your mobile ticket includes a barcode like the
one on the left
• You’ll find your barcode in the “Tickets”
section of the app
• At the check-in gate hold your barcode up to
the reader and the gate will open.
• You can use mobile tickets for bookings you
make on our mobile app,on eurostar.com, with
our contact centre or in our stations.
• Mobile tickets are only available for single
person bookings.
• Mobile tickets are only available for
bookings and exchanges made at least 48
hours before travelling.
• Mobile ticketing is available to all iPhone
and Android users (once they’ve downloaded
our app).
