Important information regarding collection and exchange of tickets at Brussels-Midi/Zuid
As of 15 July 2009 the Railtour ticket office in Brussels-Midi/Zuid station is closed for refurbishments. We expect SNCB/NMBS to be able to reopen it at the end of October.
In the meantime you can collect or exchange your Eurostar tickets at the Brussels-Midi/Zuid international travel centre. Please allow a little more time than usual for this, especially if you normally use the 10 minute check-in. You can see a map of the station showing the location of the travel centre here.
Alternatively you can use this as an excuse to try our new print-at-home service, which lets you print your tickets in A4 format wherever you have access to the internet and a printer. This will save you time at the station as it means you can bypass the ticket office and ticket machines and stroll straight through to check-in. Find out more here.
