Ticket collection 

You can either print your tickets at home or collect them at our terminal. If you’re collecting them you’ll need to go to our in-station ticket offices, or use one of our quick and easy e-ticket machines.

At the check-in barriers

When you arrive at the check-in barriers you can either insert your ticket into the machine or, if you’re feeling particularly modern, simply scan in. And don’t worry, if that sounds worryingly technical check out check out our handy animated guide to scanning in here.
If you need any help at check-in our staff are always around, and we’ll be glad to check you in ourselves.

Baggage

There isn’t a separate check-in for baggage at Eurostar (as long as you haven’t got more than two bags or cases and one piece of hand luggage).

When to check in

This depends mainly on what ticket you have. Unless you’ve been advised otherwise please check in at least 30 minutes or up to 75 minutes* before your scheduled departure. You’ll see the full details below but remember that if in doubt, arrive with time to spare. And have a croissant.
