Membership tiers

The more you travel, the more exclusive treatment you get. So we’ve designed Eurostar Frequent Traveller with 2 membership tiers, Eurostar carte classique and Eurostar carte blanche.


Carte Classique

After you’ve purchased a qualifying ticket, make a second journey at any fare and receive your Eurostar carte classique card, with benefits including:

  • ticket pickup using your card at our e-ticket machines in Paris and London* (*Eurostar e-ticket machines available from Spring 2007)
  • SMS alert service forewarning you in the rare event that your train has been cancelled
  • commission-free currency, exclusive savings and discounts
  • dedicated customer contact centre and online account management

Carte Blanche

Earn over 1,500 points in a membership year (the equivalent of 5 Business Premier return trips) and join the privileged few by becoming a Eurostar carte blanche card holder with additional benefits including:

  • access to our stylish business lounges
  • dedicated ticket desk
  • express 10 minute check-in
  • priority taxi service
  • complimentary car parking at Ashford
    and QPark Brussels-Midi






Maintaining your membership status

• To maintain your Eurostar carte classique status active, you need to travel at least once
   each year, following the date you joined.
• To maintain your Eurostar carte blanche status, you need to earn at least 1,500 points in
   each subsequent membership year, equivalent to 5 Business Premier return journeys a year.
   If you don’t travel that much during your membership year, we will then send you another
   Eurostar carte classique card.
