- You will not be issued with a paper voucher – points are redeemed at the time of bookingthrough the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre.
- Points can only be redeemed against merchant hotels and non-merchant hotels with e-special
rates.

quoted a rate through our website, to ensure availability guarantee the advertised rate.
