How to book
Complete and submit the online request form. Alternatively you can contact the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre on:
- +32 (0)2 402 24 30 if you’re a Eurostar carte classique holder
- +32 (0)2 400 67 30 if you’re a Eurostar carte blanche holder
You can book your Eurostar travel:
- up to 1 day in advance if you’re a Eurostar carte classique holder
- up to 1 hour in advance if you’re a Eurostar carte blanche holder, when ticket on departure facilities are available.
How to exchange
Exchanges are permitted:- once before departure if you’re a Eurostar carte classique holder
- As many times as you need, if you’re a Eurostar carte blanche holder.
Any changes must be made within the same class as the original ticket ordered. All exchanges are subject to availability, and once issued the tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
