Earn generous points
As a Eurostar Frequent Traveller member, there are different ways for you to earn points.
Earn points with Eurostar
Not only is it easy to earn points with Eurostar, it’s fast too. That’s because we like to be that bit more generous. you only need to take 3 return trips in Business Premier to earn enough points for 1 return trip in Standard*.
All you need to do is remember to quote your membership number every time you book. Your points will then be credited to your account and available to spend after you check in to travel.

If your membership number was not quoted at the time of booking journeys you’ve already made, you can still add the missing points to your account for up to 3 months after the date of travel. Claim missing points now
As long as your membership remains active, points are valid for 3 years from the date they were earned. Should your membership expire, you still have one year after the expiry date to use them.
Earn points at selected partner hotels
Just mention you’re a Eurostar Frequent Traveller member when you book and pay independently at some of our partner hotels. Then when you check in, show them your card and you’ll earn up to 50 points, per room, per night.Find out where this offer is available in our hotels section
Earn points with Avis
You can also earn points when you book and pay independently for car rental with Avis in the UK, France or Belgium.Just show your card to earn:
• 50 points per rental on non-contracted rentals, including special Eurostar Frequent Traveller rates
• 25 points per rental on contracted rentals.
Make sure you quote your membership number when booking and that you show your membership card at the time of rental.
Earning points with American Express Membership Rewards
If you’re a member of the American Express Membership Rewards programme, you can add points to your Eurostar Frequent Traveller account by converting 20 Membership Rewards points to one Eurostar Frequent Traveller point. Call 01273 863 863 for further details.
* Based on Eurostar published public fares and excludes negotiated fares or promotions. 3 return trips in Business Premier will earn you 3 x 300 points, which you can spend on a leisure return trip in Standard Class, for 900 points.
